Lantern Meadow Designs is an online store based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Your Order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation — this is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your item and send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product listing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. However, please note the following important exceptions:

Because all of our products are printed to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind (buyer's remorse)
Incorrect sizes selected at the time of ordering
General dissatisfaction with a product that matches its description

We strongly encourage you to check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items are of course an exception — please see Section 7 below.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and your order details. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Lantern Meadow Designs and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lantern Meadow Designs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
